Our story
Brasero grew out of two passions meeting: that of Stéphane Dauvister for passing on the heritage of the Ardennes, and that of Morgan Leidgens for human dynamics. Together they restored forgotten places and made them into spaces for living, for cohesion and for inspiration. Each estate is conceived as a theatre of human experience, where the authenticity of the place answers the singularity of every team we welcome.
Far from impersonal, off-the-shelf offers, Brasero bets on quality, on meaning, on closeness. Its name, taken from the warm object people gather around, says exactly that intent: to create true moments, in a setting that is simple, alive, and carefully orchestrated.

At Brasero, a venue is a starting point. Never a backdrop. The setting you choose shapes the energy of your event, the focus of your teams, the quality of what gets said. That is why we make no compromise. Our venues are not conference rooms rebranded as “wellness spaces”, nor standardised hotels with a view of the car park.
We have restored, reinvented and lifted places that have a soul. Remote, private places where you still hear the wind in the trees. Buildings heavy with history, where silence turns fertile, and where connections take on a wholly different meaning. We chose them for what they give off, for what they set in motion, for what they offer the people who stay in them: a real change of perspective.
Domaine de Bronromme, with its Bergerie extension, is a haven of calm in the heart of the forest. It is a place of total disconnection, made for creativity, for introspection or for collective adventure. You arrive as a group, you leave bonded.
Château de la Louveterie holds the balance between elegance and natural immersion. Ideal for premium seminars, it blends the charm of a house of character with the quiet of a green estate, fully privatisable for an experience with no interruption and no crowding.

Chefs and craftspeople from here
Behind every Brasero experience there is a carefully chosen set of local talent working together. We work closely with committed chefs such as TOC and Pierre Michel, who lift regional produce into menus that are creative, generous and seasonal.
We also draw on a network of trusted craftspeople; caterers, producers, decorators… to guarantee execution that holds up, as close as possible to what you ask for.
On the activity side, we surround ourselves with seasoned team building professionals: facilitators, nature guides, sports coaches, artists and wellbeing practitioners, able to design workshops that mean something and stay with people. Every collaboration is treated as an extension of our promise: to give your teams an immersion that is complete, coherent and human.

FAQ
Can we organise a day with just one activity or one meal?
Yes. Brasero adapts to any size of project: from a single day to a complete experience with accommodation and activities.
How many participants can you host?
It depends on the venue you choose, but we can host small groups (10 people) up to more than 200 participants.
Is Brasero only for large companies?
Not at all. We work with freelancers and non-profits just as much as with large organisations.
Do you offer original team buildings?
Yes. Brasero runs several themes: festive, adventure, nature, zen, gusto, art, and seasonal events.
Can we sleep on site?
Yes. Château de la Louveterie has 12 bedrooms, which lets you run a working day, an evening and a night without moving your team. It is the format most two-day seminars choose.
Do you have equipped meeting rooms?
Yes, and in several formats. Domaine de Bronromme has a large 350 m² room opening onto the inner courtyard, a 110 m² media corner for smaller meetings, and the Bergerie, 100 m² with its own kitchen and terrace. Château de la Louveterie offers a 90 m² room, modular up to 60 participants in seminar configuration. All of them are equipped for projection.
Where are your venues?
In the Belgian Ardennes. Domaine de Bronromme and Château de la Louveterie are two separate properties, each surrounded by forest and fully privatisable.
Do you offer an all-inclusive package?
Yes. Venue, meeting rooms, meals, activities and accommodation can be brought together in a single arrangement, with one point of contact. We work with local chefs and craftspeople rather than interchangeable suppliers, and every programme is built to measure.
